Free License for Automatic DNS Provisioning

When configuring DNS Auto Provisioning and the following message is displayed, you must free a license in Microsoft Office 365 of the customer tenant.

Do the following:

1.

Login to Microsoft Office 365 admin center of the customer tenant Global Admin or Service account.

2.

In the Navigation pane, select Users > Active users.

3.

Select any licensed user.

4.

Deselect the licenses that are currently enabled for the user, and then save the changes.

5.

Return to the Onboarding wizard, and then click the Reload button to reload the license plan for the customer. The system is refreshed and searches for an available license for the tenant. The license plan is loaded. In the following figure, the OFFICE 365 E5 license is loaded.
